In this community, we look at the biblical narrative from an integral view. These are the topics we are mainly interested in:
Spiral Dynamics and God 9.0
We explore the theory of Spiral Dynamics® as a model of evolution of consciousness and look at the implications it has for the church. We will always treat Spiral Dynamics as a tool and a model, not as absolute truth, which would be a kind of ironic, which you will get when you dive into the model.
Ecclesia and Incarning
Spiral Dynamics has a mantra: transcend and include. This can be explained with two more familiar terms:
Ecclesia, as the word form is built in Greek, is best translated the constant being called out. Just like transcending, this is not a one time event, but an ongoing process of going from glory to glory.
Incarning is a word I created from incarnation, which is usually translated becoming flesh. I used this verb form to express the ongoing process even here. It represents the include of the Spiral Dynamics formula and stands for the process of truly becoming what we learn in each of the evolutionary steps we take.
While ecclesia might point more to the change process between growth levels, incarning might be going on while we plateau on a certain revelation, but not exclusively.
This is not to become yet another broadcasting platform for Spiral Dynamics. It is to be a lively discussion forum of a community of diverse people on the search of God's will for this time.
Imagine a meshwork, a network of networks that is, of people dedicated to a number of common goals:
To design a framework for what God is doing in all known value memes at this time,
Connecting people in temporary networks to fulfil an assignment,
Building a knowledge base for others to come, profit, learn and jump off from.
Networks, that are deconstructed when the job is done. Natural hierarchies based on experience, skills, talents that are let go when not needed any longer. Knowledge that is public domain and persists and lives for all to see.
